Matthew Jerry Crews, the 4-week-old infant son of Nichol and Matthew Crews, passed away Sunday (19 April 2009) at his residence in Folkston.
He is survived by his parents, Matthew and Nichol Crews; paternal grandparents, Joe and Ethel Crews, of ; maternal grandparents, James Adkins, of West Virginia, and Sandra Howell, of Folkston; maternal great-grandparents, Barbara and Jerry Rhodes, of Folkston; paternal great-grandmothers, Mary Huling and Margie Crews, both of Folkston; uncles, James Adkins Jr., Michael Crews (Hannah) and Darren Crews; aunts, Betty Jean (Steve) Dorman and Gail Crews; several greataunts, uncles and other relatives.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. today at Shepard Funeral Home.
The funeral will be Thursday at Victory Baptist Church at 10 a.m.
with the Rev. Tim King and the Rev. E. C. Crews officiating.
Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael Crews, James Adkins, Eric Tippins and Gary Tippins.
