Ira⁵ Richard Crews was born 18 November 1895, in Folkston, Charlton County, Georgia. He was the son of James⁴ Ransom Crews and Martha² Hendrix. He died 28 November 1975; buried Sardis Cemetery. He married Alli Crews on 26 Jan 1919, Charlton County, Georgia. Allie was born 8 Dec 1897, in Folkston, Charlton County, Georgia the daughter of Moses J. Crews and Meriam America Taylor and died 8 Aug 1979, Folkston, Charlton County, Georgia; buried Sardis Cemetery, Folkston, Georgia.
